Taser had a lot of data supporting how head-mounted cameras are more effective than those mounted on one’s chest or the dashboard of a car. From the case studies provided, I wrote several scripts and hand-drew panel art, which interns digitized and colored. I then put the final comic page compositions together in the computer to create illustrated scenarios that were used in Taser’s presentations.
Pages of statistics were condensed down into a visual narrative that explores the transition from college enrollment to employment in a local startup in Boston. Nods to the city’s sports teams and landscape were peppered throughout. Originally published online, the infographic was later printed as a poster.
